We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, your account and profile information, onboarding goals, the listings you submit, the searches and opportunities you save, the inquiries you send, and your contact, consent, and notification preferences.

If you apply for professional verification or provide listing-authority evidence, we handle the professional details, supporting documents, and review history you submit. We also handle uploaded listing photos and documents. Free Valuation is currently unavailable; information previously provided through it, including saved inputs and results, may remain associated with your account.

We also handle basic technical information and product activity, such as browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken on Petromarket, to operate and understand the marketplace. Browser storage supports sign-in, session preferences, and unfinished actions.

We use your information to operate your account, review listings submitted for publication, review professional applications and authority evidence, route inquiries to the listing representative, manage saved searches and notifications, respond to your questions, and improve Petromarket.

When you submit an inquiry and confirm the consent checkbox, we share your name, email, phone number if provided, message, and any additional inquiry details you provide with the listing representative so they can contact you directly. Permission to contact you about similar opportunities is a separate, optional choice.

Published listings and professional profiles contain information intended for public display. Publishing a professional profile requires approved professional verification and your choice to publish. Verification submissions, supporting authority evidence, and internal review notes are not part of those public pages.

We use service providers for hosting, data and file storage, authentication, email delivery, maps, and other services needed to operate Petromarket. These providers may handle information needed to perform those services. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

You can edit supported profile fields and contact and notification preferences from My Petromarket. Saved-search email alerts require a separate opt-in; you can turn off alerts or delete a saved search from Saved. Product updates are optional. Sign-in codes and account-security messages remain necessary to operate your account.

Similar-opportunity contact consent is recorded separately for each inquiry. Changing a later inquiry does not withdraw consent recorded on an earlier one. To ask about withdrawing earlier consent, your data, or account closure, email support@thepetromarket.com from the address on your account. Account closure is a request, not an automatic deletion action.

Account records, submissions, uploaded files, inquiries, preferences, and review or activity history are stored to support the marketplace. Removing public visibility, archiving a listing, or changing a preference does not by itself delete the underlying records or files. We do not promise automatic deletion, anonymization, or a fixed retention period. Contact us to request a review of your data and deletion options; some records may need to be retained for security, operational, or legal reasons.

Access rules distinguish public information from member-owned records, information shared with a listing representative, and information used for authorized staff review. The exact address on a limited-location listing is withheld from public listing pages. No online service can promise perfect security. Provide only information and documents needed for the requested listing or verification review.
